    Reiki

    Reiki is an energy healing modality that promotes relaxation and stress reduction through gentle touch. The words “Rei” and “Ki” translate to life force energy and this Japanese modality is known to improve the flow of energy and support healing.

    Gina has completed training as a Reiki Master. Gina has been practicing yoga for 20 years when she discovered the healing power of Reiki.  Inspired by the wisdom of life force energy, Gina Integrates her understanding of the emotional and energetic systems to help women experience connection to their emotions, bodies, and intuition. With intention and attunement, Gina holds space to facilitate insight and healing in her sessions.
