I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in helping women who struggle with challenges throughout the reproductive life cycle including pregnancy and postpartum. I also enjoys working with those who serve others as helpers and healers such as parents, human services providers, educators, health professionals. I have completed extensive training in perinatal mental health and trauma treatment. I utilize mindfulness, somatic practices, and Brainspotting.
I received a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia. In addition to my private practice, I have provided mental health services to youth and adults in hospital, school, residential treatment centers, and public health settings.
When I am not working, you can find me at yoga class, reading, walking, or spending time with husband and two children.
