$150 for 50 min session

I am out of network with insurance panels. However, I am able to provide a billing statement to submit to your insurance to receive out of network reimbursement. Contact your insurance company to find out about reimbursement and your coverage. 

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment, including HSA. 

Cancellation Policy

Client must notify me of cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to avoid full charge of $100.
